Now, we have a roadmap to achieving your goals.
From this point forward, we focus on where you’re going, rather than where you’ve been. However, if past traumas or experiences are holding you back, we’d start there and then work our way forwards
What would a typical session look like?
A typical session would generally comprise two sections.
Talking therapy
We’ll begin each session by reviewing your progress and discussing what positive changes have occurred, and discussing what further positive changes you’d like to make.
In this part of the session, we’ll utilise elements of different therapies, depending on what is right for you. I will give you practical tools and techniques that you can practise in between sessions that will help transform the way you think and feel for the better.
Hypnosis
As a solution focused hypnotherapist, I can guide you into a deeply relaxed state of hypnosis where you can access your subconscious mind. This is where we can work together to develop positive solutions to the challenges you are facing.
During this part of the session, I will use positive affirmations and visualisations to help you envision your desired outcome and reinforce positive changes in your behaviour and thinking. Hypnosis helps you to achieve a level of focus and clarity of thinking that you may have never experienced before.
