Support for Low Mood & Motivation
When low mood starts getting in the way
Everyone has periods when they feel flat, unmotivated or simply not quite themselves. Sometimes those feelings pass quickly.
Other times, you can find yourself stuck in a rut — withdrawing from things you normally enjoy, struggling to get going or feeling as though your usual spark has disappeared.
When that happens, it can be helpful to have some support in shifting your focus, reconnecting with your strengths and starting to make small, positive changes again.
Finding your way forward
When you’ve been feeling flat or stuck for a while, it can be hard to know where to start. It can feel like you’re stuck in a maze, unable to find the way out.
Hypnotherapy can offer a space to slow things down, look at what you’d like to change and begin focusing on small, achievable steps forward.
My approach is solution focused, which means we spend less time going over everything that has gone wrong and more time helping you reconnect with your strengths, build momentum and move towards how you’d like to feel and live.
A quick note about depression
This page is about support with low mood, motivation and feeling stuck.
If you have been diagnosed with depression, or you’re concerned that what you’re experiencing may be depression, please speak to your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional first.
Hypnotherapy should not be used as a substitute for appropriate medical or mental health care.
Ready to feel more like yourself again?
If you’ve been feeling flat, stuck or lacking motivation, we can start with a relaxed, no-obligation chat about what’s been going on and what you’d like to change.
You can ask any questions you have and decide whether hypnotherapy feels like the right next step for you.
