Hello, I’m Dean Clark (DSFH), a clinical Hypnotherapist based in Manchester. I am fully insured and trained with a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) from The Clifton Practice (CPHT) in Manchester. I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
Prior to working as a Hypnotherapist, I spent a number of years as a fitness instructor and Personal Trainer, helping people to improve their physical conditioning, set achievable goals and improve their all-round wellbeing. I also gained qualifications in nutrition and helped many people to lose weight by educating them about their diet and nutritional needs.
I also worked as a Physical Training Instructor for a military preparation company, helping 16-19 year-olds improve their physical fitness, discipline, confidence and qualifications. This was a very challenging environment, working with up to 60 students at a time but extremely rewarding to see how much personal change could be made in such a short time.
I am a warm, friendly and approachable person and find it easy to make people comfortable. This is very important for a therapeutic relationship, as you need a strong rapport and to feel at ease with your therapist.
As a therapist
I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wide range of people from varying backgrounds on a diverse range of issues. I love my work as I find it highly rewarding to know that I’ve helped those people fulfil their potential and overcome great hurdles in their lives.
I look forward to hearing from you.
